It works perfectly and I love the ebike it's a great bike better than I could of imagined
Great bike with awesome power, looks really good with the matching colored rims. It feels so much more maneuverable with 24 inch wheels, I don’t know why mostly everyone’s only is doing only 26 inch
Im 5'6 living in NYC. I purchased this ebike on a budget with the intent to commute to work and save money on gas. Saeeing the specs of 6000 peak power, 60v20ah, 50+mph, and range from 80-120miles. My hopes dropped after i fully charged the battery, went for a test run, and to then battery die at 8-10mile range. Also, assembling the bike was some waht simple. The rear rack didnt fit correctly. I had to use brute strength to hold it in palce as my wife srewed the rack in. Ive reached out multiple times to FENGQS and havent received any response. Very disappointed 😞
I should have done more research. The step thru off road would have been best for me on rigged trails. I thought return would beeasier as advertised but I would lose too much. It has plenty power but top tube on frame positions 5'9 rider way too tall to touch ground or lower seat and pedal with knees high. I tipped over and hurt shoulder as couldnt touch ground when stopping. I need to sell and get the step thru. For smooth trails and roads it's really great. Holes on rear rack over 1" off and had to bend considerable to fit. I did not strip and mount holes but if you are not careful and properly aligned it is possible.
Muito bom
Starting with delivery; FAST. Really fast and communication with delivery was also superb.
The bike is sturdy and after just a bit easy to handle (first fatbike and maybe it's just me but I feel it handles a bit different from standard bikes).
The assembly also went relatively easy and the inclusion of necesssary tools had been a great help.
The controller is intuitive to operate, so all in all I am more than satisfied with the buy.
The one gripe I have would be.. The riser for the handlebar was a fixed model NOT the one depicted where you can change the angle. Instead there was a phone mount which wasn't mentioned anywhere as well as a bike lock.
Personally I would have prefered he depicted riser, but maybe that's just me.
Like I said though, I have absolutely nothing whine about the bike itself. Even though I sadly couldn't quite test it out as much as I wanted because its been raining constantly the last couple of days.
Kinda pricy but exact fit and gives me more range with my bike.
Exact fit and it's nice and bright

Works like it's supposed to
Absolutely love my Fengqs Q8 Plus 24 inch e-bike. It’s fast, extremely comfortable, and exactly what I needed. The power is impressive, the ride is smooth, and it handles great whether cruising or putting it to work.
Ordering was easy, shipping was on time, and customer service was solid from start to finish. No issues at all with the process or delivery.
If you’re on the fence about this bike, don’t be. I’d buy it again without hesitation. Highly recommend!
Our local trail network features several shallow rocky river crossings, and this e-bike crosses them without breaking a sweat. The waterproof rating on the battery and wiring harnesses gives me total confidence when splashing through water and mud. The dual-motor drive ensures that if the rear wheel slips slightly on a smooth river stone, the front wheel pulls you through safely. The high ground clearance of the 26-inch frame keeps the crucial electrical components high and dry above the waterline.
Took the bike out to Huntington Beach last weekend to see how it handles soft sand. I lowered the tire pressure slightly, flipped it into dual-motor mode, and it cruised along the shoreline without a single hesitation. Other fat bike riders were struggling and pedaling hard, but the raw torque of this machine kept me floating over the loose dunes effortlessly. The battery layout keeps the center of gravity low, which makes handling on shifting sand feel incredibly balanced and predictable.
The biggest benefit of the dual-motor system for office workers is that you can let the throttle do the heavy lifting when you are dressed in business casual. I can fly up the steepest downtown inclines at top speed without pedaling hard, which means I arrive at my desk looking sharp and completely sweat-free. The full suspension setup irons out harsh city potholes beautifully, ensuring a plush ride that doesn't rattle my morning coffee thermos. It is a premium commuter package.
Range anxiety is a thing of the past with this high-capacity battery. I completed a massive 45-mile loop through a mix of sandy fire roads and paved city paths this weekend, using a lot of throttle-only riding, and still came home with two bars of battery left. The power delivery remains completely consistent from the first mile to the last, without any sudden voltage drops when tackling late-afternoon hills. FENGQS really delivered on their battery efficiency claims.
I am a full-time delivery rider in San Francisco, and switching to this dual-motor setup has literally doubled my daily earnings. I can zip up the steepest hills in the city with a full thermal backpack without dropping speed or draining my energy. The massive fat tires roll smoothly over cable car tracks, broken concrete, and high curbs without disrupting the food cargo. The battery charges efficiently between shifts and comfortably lasts through my longest weekend rushes.
I love the Q8 Plus design, and the 7-speed upgrade makes pedaling so much more comfortable. I can always find the right rhythm. The 6000W motor is incredibly powerful but very easy to control.
As a first-time e-bike owner, I had many questions about the 7-speed shifter. The after-sales team was so patient and guided me through everything. I feel very supported by this brand.
If you’re looking for a full-suspension eBike that can handle real terrain, this is it. The suspension smooths out rocks, roots, and uneven ground, while the motor gives you the confidence to take on climbs you’d normally avoid. It feels durable, capable, and well-designed. I’ve enjoyed every ride and would recommend for all your mountain adventures!
